Keep Positive
Description
You know how much you’ve got in your checking account, but how much of that can you spend? What bills are due before you get paid again, and how much does that add up to? Maybe you even put it into your computer, but you don’t have it in front of you at the ATM or the store. Instead of juggling it all in your head, get Keep Positive!
With Keep Positive you put your bills in once and it keeps track of them, telling you at a glance what’s coming out before your next paycheck. That way you know what you can afford. So don’t get hit with nasty overdraft fees, Keep Positive!

FAQ
- Q. How do I enter a bill or paycheck with a semi-monthly frequency?
- A. Create two bills or paychecks with monthly frequencies. For example, if you get paid on the 15th and 30th, create a monthly paycheck item for the 15th and another for the 30th.
- Q. What does the Monthly Summary mean?
- A. At the bottom of the summary screen you will see two lines, one for Bills and one for Pay. The Bills line contains the amount of Bills that you have already paid this month to date and the total amount of all bills for the month added together. Likewise, the Pay line contains the amount of money you have been paid this month to date vs the total amount of money you are scheduled to receive in the current month. This can be used to easily identify how much left over money you have each month by subtracting the total income from the total bills.
- Q. What does Pending Bills mean?
- A. Pending Bills shows the total sum of the bills that are due before you are paid next. After checking the actual balance in your account you can easily see how much money you have available for other purchases or savings.
